Me:
I am a graduate student at the University of California, San Diego. I utilize various neuroimaging techniques to better understand how the brain functions. Currently, in the laboratory of Dr. Adam Aron, I am researching the mechanisms that allow for cognitive control. I grew up in Noank, CT and earned bachelors degrees in English and Psychology from Tufts University. I conducted research at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School for two years and at the University of California, San Francisco for one year after graduating from Tufts. My mother is a writer and my father is a doctor. They live in Connecticut. My older brother Paul lives in New York where he directs and edits films and music videos. My younger brother Michael lives in Columbus, Ohio where he drives the Zamboni for the Columbus Blue Jackets, a NHL team. I love to write, play, record, and listen to music. I recently took up surfing. Also, I like to travel, cook, and experience novelty.
